How do I make an appointment?

To arrange a house phone, e-mail, or IM support, please fill out the contact form indicating the best days and times and the method you wish to use, and I will try to meet your schedule.  If you wish to use IM, please indicate whether you use AIM, MSN Messenger, or Yahoo IM and your screen name or account.

How much does it cost?

Phone, e-mail, or IM support costs $50/hour, a $10/hour discount over on-site rates.  In addition, quick questions or problems that can be resolved in a few minutes by these methods are free.
